This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your information when you visit our website (revengetattoostudio.net), use our online booking (crm.revengetattoostudio.com), or receive text messages or emails from us.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you send a tattoo request, book an appointment or flash design, join a waitlist, sign a waiver, pay a deposit or leave a review, we collect the information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, date of birth, Instagram handle, how you heard about us, your tattoo details and reference photos. When you sign a waiver we also collect your address, emergency contact, the medical information you choose to share, a photo of your ID and your signature. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. Our website may also collect basic technical information such as your browser type and pages visited.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

- To review your request, book and manage your appointments, and take deposits and payments.

- To send you texts and emails about your request and appointments: confirmations, reminders, waiver and payment links, waitlist openings, review requests and replies to your messages.

- If you opted in, to send occasional marketing texts or emails, such as new flash designs and openings.

- To keep the records a tattoo studio is required to keep, and to improve our services.

HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We only share it with the service providers that run our business systems for us (website and booking hosting, text messaging, email and payment processing), and only so they can provide those services. We may also share information when required by law.

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

TEXT MESSAGES (SMS)

- Program: Revenge Tattoo Studio appointment and customer care texts, and optional marketing texts.

- How you opt in: by entering your phone number on our tattoo request, flash booking or waitlist form and agreeing to the consent shown under it, or by texting us first. Marketing texts are only sent if you check the separate marketing box, which is unchecked by default. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of booking.

- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

- Reply STOP to stop texts at any time. Reply START to receive them again. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at revengetattoostudiollc@gmail.com.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

EMAILS

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You will still receive emails about your own appointments after unsubscribing from marketing.

HOW WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION

Your information is stored on secure, password-protected systems that only our staff can access. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services and to keep the records a tattoo studio is required to keep, then we delete it.

AGE REQUIREMENT

We only tattoo clients who are 18 or older, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your personal information (except records we are required to keep) by emailing revengetattoostudiollc@gmail.com or calling (713) 498-9569. You can stop texts at any time by replying STOP and unsubscribe from marketing emails with the link in any email.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it last changed.
